The model TXH102Z is a hermetically sealed, silicone rubber filled version of the molded TXZ100 and TXZ201 resistor. Hermetic sealing eliminates the ingress of both oxygen  (which degrades resistors over long periods of time) and moisture  which degrades resistors more quickly).
